Delta Rapid Response System – The End

Well, I had some trouble with my friends at DELTA. Even if you communicate with DELTA via e-Mail, it may take weeks or months to receive an answer. But today I received a very satisfying answer:

Dear Mr. Kluge,

Thank you for providing the receipts for your expenses due to your
baggage delay.

Our check for $178.50 will be mailed under seperate cover in the next
ten business days.

So my suggestions are: take your time, have patience, insist upon your demands – and they will listen to you.
