This is what I call an excellent customer service. When I purchased the famous DODOCase last year, I already knew about one weakness: The corner pads. The DODOPeople immediatly sent a new set of corner pads as mine became weak.
Now one of part of the wooden frame broke. Tried to fix it with a glue, without success. The DODOPeople sent a new DODOCase right away over the ocean.
It arrived today. Alexander is a happy camper again. Thanks you, DODO.
ich hatte bisher auch ein Dodocase für mein iPad – war aber mit der Qualität überhaupt nicht zufrieden. Habe jetzt entdeckt, dass eine Firma in Berlin eine ähnliche Hülle herstellt: cocon Berlin (www.cocon-berlin.com). Ich nutze die Hülle nun seit 1 Woche und bin begeistert.
